This was a Telco grade installation with contact centre calls of over 5,000/day.
The major components of this solution was IPT, IPCC, Email integration Manager, Web integration manager, Fax integration and Unity voice mail.
The IVR scripts was done in 5 major languages namely, Hausa, Ibo, Yoruba, English and Pidgin, the essence of the contact centre was to have a multi channel contact centre where you can communicate through various channels.
