Solution Delivery

Support and Maintenance Services
We provide real-time network support to our customers. We support customers who have signed SLAs with WECO systems international to reduce the downtime periods which impact on their Businesses by helping them increase Network performance and availability. Our service include but are not limited following activities.
- Configuration Updates and misconfiguration resolutions
- Management software/ Cisco IOS Upgrade
- Device replacements (RMAs) and TAC Support for technical issues
- Technical advice aimed at improving Network stability and availability
Presales Support
The connection between presales and delivery (Integration and Deployment) cannot be over emphasized as it is a cycle that cannot be broken. This is because when a good sale is made, you need good delivery to earn more sales and good delivery gives us more opportunity to up sell.

Prove of Concepts (POC) are a way of making sure that the customer experiences his desired Business solution before making a buying decision which helps boost the chances of our Presales and Sales teams in meeting customer’s requirements.
